COTTAGE/CAPITA TION SCHEME |
| This scheme aims to welfare of the destitute children by providing care, protection, education, health care as well as future rehabilitation . |
| Target group : |
| Children between the age group of 6 years to 18 years from BPL families. |
| Objective: |

To rehabilitate the children as normal citizen by providing food, shelter, education, medical and recreational facilities, vocational training etc. |
| Assistance |
| Rs.750/- per child per month is provided by the Government (10% of total grant be met by the NGOs and rest 90% will be borne equally by the GOI & State Govt.) At present 70 NGOs are engaged under this scheme. |
